ABOUT 3D-HUB-O

Normal and tumour-derived organoids at the heart of drug screening and testing strategies

3D-Hub-O is a unique platform in the South of France, enabling the modeling of normal and pathological living tissue for precision medicine applications in oncology. It has integrated the national organoid network, launched in 2021 and is interacting with the institutes of Caen (Laboratoire Anticipe, OrgaPred platform), Lille (Laboratoire Canther, OrgaRes platform), Toulouse (IRSD), Montpellier (POM platform), Lyon (CRCL), Nice (IRCAN, 3D-Hub-S platform and Nantes (TENS), with whom we are developing a common approach to harmonizing our operations, sharing experience and tools (data management software, catalog of models and analytical expertise). The ultimate aim is to set up collaborations that will accelerate the response to requests from platform users, by directing them towards the most relevant expertise.
