The management of the 3D-Hub-O is clearly defined as follow:

1. Teams wishing to work with this platform should contact the scientific and technical managers of the platform at organoide.3d-hub-o@inserm.fr to discuss the project.
2. Once the project feasibility is accepted by the platform, the teams will meet with the scientific director and the technical director to: -discuss the project and the involvement of the various parties – verify the consents and establish a provisional schedule – sign the charter of use – establish the budget for the requested services.
3. The user should finally fill out the identification sheet available that will record the applicant contact details, the goal of the project, the characteristics of the sample, the requested experiments to be done on the platform.
4. The platform send a quote to the user according to our established tarification system that has been validated and managed by our governing body, Inserm following Aviesan recommendations. This tarification includes cost for consumables and equipment maintenance and depreciation when necessary. Prices are defined depending on the user’s academic affiliation (Inserm, CNRS, university and private companies) and their localization (regional, national or international). After receiving the purchase order, the project can start.
5. After completion of the project, users receive a project report (PDF and Word) recapitulating the goals of the project, the methodologies used by the platform and all the data obtained by the platform as an example of the project report).
6. A satisfaction form is finally sent to users to improve our services.
7. The platform’s staff are committed to meet and satisfy customer needs.
